Dear Campus Community,

In preparation for the fall semester, our Facilities Management team will be working diligently to complete housing turnover and configure facilities in support of the return of faculty and students. This period traditionally presents a surge in work requests, which challenge our facilities staff as resident halls and offices are reoccupied. We kindly request your patience as we navigate this seasonally high operations tempo and encourage you to submit work requests as early as possible ahead of the broader reopening in August.

Please note that, as in previous years, requests to hang items such as pictures, whiteboards, televisions, bulletin boards, etc., will be handled with lower priority during this time.

For your convenience, we would like to remind you of the process for submitting work orders. If you have never submitted a request, please visit our work order system by clicking on the following link: https://login.myschoolbuilding.com/msb?acctNum=2072386048&productID=MD. If this is your first time using the system, please click on "Never Submitted a SchoolDude Request, Register Here!" to create your account and personal password.

To create a work order, please follow these steps:

1. Your contact information should be prefilled.
2. Be as specific as possible when providing the location of the issue.
3. Select the type of issue you are experiencing. Note that, if you have multiple issues that cannot be addressed with one option, please make multiple work orders (e.g., separate requests for electrical and plumbing issues).
4. Provide a concise and descriptive description of your request.
5. (Optional) You may attach supporting pictures.

The submittal password is “bobcats” not the password you created for your account.
