GURC 2025 - Call for Abstract (Due Oct. 1)

The Georgia Undergraduate Research Conference (GURC) is a multidisciplinary conference open to undergraduate students from Higher Education institutions within Georgia. GURC welcomes research and creative activities from all fields. Students with accepted abstracts are expected to attend and present in person at the conference. 

• Abstract due: Oct. 1 (Wednesday), 2025
• Decision date: Oct. 12, 2025
• Submission portal [click for information] - 200-300 words (1200 characters)
• Conference dates [click for Tentative Program Schedule]: Nov. 7-8, 2025
• Location: Oxford College Campus of Emory University
• Formats:
  • Oral presentation (for research works)
  • Poster presentation (for research or creative works)
  • Visual arts (for sculpture, painting, photography, etc.)
  • Performance (for drama, music, theater, creative writing, etc.)

MURACE will fund conference registration as a group, in addition to students' annual allocation.
