MLM IS FOR MURDER (OR YOUR SIDE HUSTLE IS KILLING US) presented by the Department of Theatre & Dance

Minerva Ross copes with her dead-end graphic design job by diving into her side hustle: a feminist true crime podcast about women who kill. Across the country, her high school nemesis Felicity Evanston is selling absurdly patterned leggings for a shady MLM — and slowly losing her grip. When Felicity realizes the only way to rise in the pyramid is to start eliminating the competition, both women find the success they’ve been craving ... and a growing trail of bodies. MLM Is for Murder is a razor-sharp dark comedy about ambition, capitalism and spandex-fueled mayhem — told through parody podcasts, Facebook Lives and emoji-filled chats.
