Call for volunteers: GCSU & Milledgeville Exchange Club Christmas Parade
Call for volunteers: GCSU & Milledgeville Exchange Club Christmas Parade
At GCSU, holidays are different here. Our Night of Lights (formerly Hanging of the Greens) event has welcomed the community to campus for the past 19 years, and this season, we're going to spread the cheer even further with a float in the Milledgeville parade!
You can get in on the action, too. All staff, faculty, students and alumni are invited to volunteer for three fun activities: Decorating, Parade Participation and the Hot Chocolate & Cider Station. Together, let's make it a season of joy for everyone in our community.
Decorating the Float
Friday, Dec. 5 • 1–4 p.m.
Public Safety Parking Lot
Drop in anytime—your help at any point is appreciated as we decorate the parade trailer. Please bring any decor you have that we can borrow, especially these items:
