The 10th annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Breakfast

Georgia College & State University, the Office of Inclusion & Belonging and community partners will present "Living the Legacy: Justice, Service and the Beloved Community – King Breakfast 2026," Friday, Jan. 16, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. in the Magnolia Ballroom. In honor of the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., GCSU invites the campus and Milledgeville community to join us as we host the winners of our local K-12 schools' poetry and essay competitions. Their entries will reflect this year’s theme within our nation and the Milledgeville/Baldwin County community. 

The breakfast is $20. Registration for the event is on the Milledgeville-Baldwin County Chamber website. For more information, please contact the Office of Inclusion & Belonging at 478-445-8520.
