Success & Retention Series, Retention Is Everyone’s Job: What the Data Shows and What We Can Do

The Office of Student Success & Career Development invites you to attend the next session in our Student Success & Retention Series, Retention Is Everyone’s Job: What the Data Shows and What We Can Do on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Pat Peterson Museum Education Room.

Faculty and staff are invited to participate in an interactive session focused on understanding current student enrollment and retention trends and identifying actionable strategies to support student persistence.

During this session, participants will review institutional enrollment and retention data from fall 2025 through spring 2026 and will highlight the importance of using the Early Alerts system as a coordinated intervention tool to identify and support students experiencing academic, financial or engagement challenges.

Through guided discussion, case scenarios, and interactive polling, attendees will leave with practical, student-centered strategies they can implement in their daily work to strengthen retention and student success efforts across campus.
