Mindful Monday for March 16
The Mindful Monday for March 16 is a reminder to take time to breathe: You are allowed to slow down even when the world doesn't. Looming deadlines, competing obligations and information overload can make us feel frantic at times. We might begin to believe that we don't have the ability or the right to slow down. Remember that rest is productive. When we take our foot off the gas, we can recenter our thoughts and priorities, which usually lead to better outcomes.
