Search your Georgia College & State University inbox for "Healthy Minds" or "GCSU Wellness Day" to access your unique survey link. The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary, and your responses are 100% confidential, meaning we cannot link your name to your responses in any way.
