Come Celebrate Flannery O'Connor's Birthday!

Celebrate the life and legacy of Milledgeville's own literary icon, Flannery O'Connor, with two special birthday events at Andalusia! 

On Saturday, March 21, join us beginning at 10 a.m. for free tours all day and the debut of our exciting new exhibit, "Have You Ever Read a Novel?" 

Then stay to sing Happy Birthday and enjoy a slice of birthday cake at noon, followed by live music from Colin Culter from 1–3 p.m. 

The celebration continues on Wednesday, March 25, again with free tours starting at 10 a.m. and the new exhibit on display, capping the evening at 7:30 p.m. with a screening of Wise Blood in collaboration with the Flannery O'Connor Institute for the Humanities. 

Whether you're a longtime fan or discovering her work for the first time, these free, family-friendly events are a perfect way to honor one of American literature's most singular voices, right here in the place she called home.
