Joint Financial Training Session
Great news! We're excited to announce brand-new Financial Training open to all faculty and staff on campus! Over the years, we've heard from many of you, asking for a resource like this — a one-stop training where you can learn which financial department does what, and how they can best support you. Ask and you shall receive.
This training is an overview of five key departments — Budget, Payroll, Purchasing, Accounting and the Business Office. Representatives from each department will be on hand to walk you through what they handle and how they can help you and your department. The session will run about one hour to one-and-a-half hours, so it's a small-time investment with a big payoff.
Session Dates and Times: Tuesday, March 31, 2026 | 9 – 10:30 a.m. or Friday, April 3, 2026 | 9 – 10:30 a.m. in the Pat Peterson Museum Education Room.
We highly recommend this training for anyone who processes financial payments, manages budgets or works with any of these departments — but all employees are welcome whether you're brand new to campus or a seasoned pro looking for a refresher!
