U.S. Fulbright Student Scholarship Virtual Campus Visit/Info Session
Are you interested in spending a year abroad conducting independent research, studying towards a degree or teaching English as a second language? If so, the Fulbright U.S. Student Scholarship Program might be for you.
Administered by The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), the Fulbright Scholarship operates in over 140 countries worldwide, providing funding for recent graduates and early career professionals to pursue academic and professional opportunities abroad while engaging in cross-cultural exchange. In recent years, Georgia College & State University alumni taught in South Korea, Colombia, the Czech Republic, Greece and North Macedonia and have conducted research in Finland.
Fulbright Scholarship staff from the Institute for International Education will be conducting a virtual info session for GCSU students on Wednesday, April 8, at 2 p.m. Students will have an opportunity to ask questions and connect with GCSU's Fulbright campus advisor to learn more about the application process.
Interested students can register for the event at the link below. Faculty and staff are also welcome to attend.
