2026 Housing Welcome Book - Reserve by May 15

University Housing and Residence Life is excited to once again publish the Housing Welcome Book, a comprehensive resource that shares important information from campus departments and vendors with more than 2,200 residents.

Participating in the Welcome Book is a cost-effective and efficient way to reach students with a unified, impactful message. All pages will be printed in full color, and space is limited—reserve your page early to secure your spot.

• Now through May 15: $175 per page for departments and student organizations
   
• Starting May 18: $250 per page for any remaining availability
   
• All pages must be professionally designed by Georgia College & State University's Creative Services at no additional cost to ensure a consistent and high-quality publication.
   
• All design materials must be submitted by Friday, June 19.

Please note: University Housing will not accept additional materials for distribution during student move-in.
