Creative Services Order Form Pause

TEMPORARY PAUSE IN EFFECT: JUNE 2-16, 2026

 Dear Faculty and Staff,

As we approach the fiscal year-end, the Creative Services team will 
temporarily pause service from June 2 to 16 to process all FY26 
charges and finalize end-of-year project billing.

During this two-week period, our online order form will be suspended, 
and we will not accept new order requests. Online orders will 
reopen and service will resume in full on June 17.

Please also note that departments planning to use FY26 internal transfer 
funds for Creative Services projects must ensure requests include all finalized 
content and meet the posted “End-of-Year Encumbered Funds” requirements 
available at gcsu.edu/creativeservices.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage departments to submit 
any urgent requests before June 1. This temporary pause allows our team to complete 
outstanding projects and ensure all FY26 charges are processed accurately and efficiently.
