Faculty and Guest Artist Recital: Youngmi Kim, soprano

Wed. Sept. 9 The Faculty and Guest Artist Recital, “Crossing Languages, Crossing Hearts,” will be at 7:30 p.m. in Max Noah Recital Hall at Georgia College & State University and features Faculty member Youngmi Kim, soprano and Guest Artist Yoojung Kim, piano.  This recital will explore love, memory, identity, and longing across several musical traditions. The program moves from French impressionism and wartime lyricism to American lyric song, Korean art song, and Brazillian vocal music and primarily represents 20th-century music.   This concert will also be livestreamed.
