Advance Notice Requirement for Campus Support Services
Dear Campus Community:
To ensure the highest level of service and proper resource allocation, the following campus support units will now require at least five business days of advance notice for all event-related service requests:
- Public Safety
- Parking & Transportation Services
- Production Services
- Facilities (Plumbing, Electrical, Grounds, HVAC, Lock & Key)
- Building Services
- Moving Services
Note: Special accommodations will be made for emergency services.
Requests submitted with fewer than five days' notice cannot be guaranteed service and may result in delayed or unavailable support.
