Position Opening - CRM (Slate) Captain

The Slate Captain is a critical technical and strategic role within Enrollment Management, serving as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Technolutions Slate CRM. This position manages all aspects of the Slate platform to support recruitment, graduate and undergraduate admissions, international admissions, financial aid, academic advising, student success and career development and enrollment operations across the entire enrollment funnel. The Slate Captain collaborates across the enrollment division and university to optimize system functionality, enhance communication strategies, build synergy across departments and ensure seamless operations while supporting data-driven decision making at all levels.
