Graduate Admissions to Welcome New Director

To support the institution’s ongoing goal of increasing graduate enrollment, Georgia College & State University will welcome Mallory Miller as its new Director of Graduate Admissions and Enrollment Management, effective Sept. 1.

An accomplished higher education professional, Miller has managed CRM operations, overseen large-scale recruitment events and programs, directed recruitment teams and led professional development programs as part of her tenure at Middle Georgia State University. There, she held the positions of recruiter, assistant director of admissions, associate director of recruitment and orientation, and graduate admissions recruiter II.

"Georgia College is excited to welcome Mallory Miller to the Graduate Admissions team,” said Joel Robinson, senior associate vice president of Enrollment Management at Georgia College. “Her proven success in enrollment management and years of admissions experience make her the right choice for this new chapter in graduate recruitment at GCSU."

During her time at Middle Georgia State, she led data-driven growth strategies that helped the institution become one of the University System of Georgia’s enrollment growth leaders in fall 2020, when its overall enrollment grew 4% year over year, a mark the institution exceeded in their graduate student enrollment in spring 2026 before increasing summer new graduate student enrollment 32% over the previous year and 9% overall.

"I’m honored to have the opportunity to support GCSU’s graduate students and contribute to the continued growth and success of its graduate programs,” Miller said. “I look forward to collaborating with faculty and staff, serving our students, and working together to advance GCSU’s commitment to graduate education."

Miller earned a Master of Education degree from the University of Georgia, and her bachelor’s degree from Middle Georgia State University. She has also hosted a variety of higher education presentations throughout the state, including on topics such as retention and attrition, and utilizing targeted communication through CRMs to increase enrollment.
