New name tags available for pickup!

We're happy to announce that new faculty and staff name tags have arrived on campus and are ready for pickup!

Where to Get Yours

• Name tags are located in the lobby of the University Communications office, at the Newell Watts House (201 S. Clarke St.).
• They are organized in alphabetical order by first name.
• Please sign for all name tags you take — if you are picking up name tags for others in addition to your own.
• If a magnetic attachment will not work for you, please email patty.westbrook@gcsu.edu for an alternative.
• Name tags are to be picked up by Nov. 16.

How to Order Name Tags Going Forward

Effective immediately, name tags can be ordered directly through a new and improved GCSU platform. Whether you need a single name tag for a new hire or a bulk order for an entire department, this new system makes it simple.

• A direct link to the ordering form, plus step-by-step instructions, is available online: http://www.gcsu.edu/nametag.
• Anyone can place an order — for a single tag or a bulk order.
• Individual name tags will cost $14.25 each plus shipping, and bulk name tags (50-500) will cost $12.98 plus shipping and a $45.00 setup fee.
• You must list an account number for the order.
• Before an order is finalized, you will receive a proof for approval, ensuring accuracy before production.
• Order tracking also lets you know exactly where an order stands, every step of the way.
