The IT Help Desk is closed Friday, July 4, in observance of the Independence Day holiday. The IT Help Desk staff will monitor phone and email messages. Information Technology staff will monitor systems and services to ensure availability. A system emergency is defined as an entire building being offline; internet access to the campus not working; and/or Banner, PAWS, email or the main website being down.
