Two Georgia College & State University honors students were chosen to participate in the prestigious 2023 Fulbright UK Summer Institute. Sophomores Alexis Keeney of Athens and Peyton Rodgers of Marietta are the first Georgia College students to receive this highly-selective scholarship. Kathryn Grace Cooper of Watkinsville, Georgia—a rising sophomore majoring in political science and philosophy at Georgia College & State University—received a competitive national grant from the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi to study abroad this summer in Strasbourg, France.
