Tuesday, Oct. 7 The Faculty Recital, “Devil’s Trill,” will be at 7:30 p.m. in Max Noah Recital Hall at Georgia College & State University. Faculty members Bryan Emmon Hall, violin and Owen Lovell, piano, will perform flashy, dark and beautiful music from the Baroque and Romantic periods, including virtuosic music of Pablo de Sarasate and Johannes Brahms, as well as Giuseppe Tartini, who is the composer of “The Devil’s Trill Sonata.” This concert will also be livestreamed at www.facebook.com/GCMusicDepartment...

Academic Outreach and the Science Education Center are hosting Science Camp: Art and Motion this year. If you have a rising 3rd - 9th grader who loves science and is full of curiosity, this is the camp for them! We will have a week full of hands-on activities discovering the science that is happening everyday through movement and how that motion and science can combine to make some amazing art! July 14-18 (8 a.m.- 5 p.m.) is for rising 3rd - 5th graders,  July 7-11 (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)...
