Dining Services locations will have adjusted hours for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The MAX will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch, and 5-7 p.m. for dinner. Chick-fil-A and Ibasho Sushi will be open 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Einstein Bros. Bagels, Pizza Hut, To The Max Mexican and Books & Brew will be closed. Regular business hours resume on Tuesday, Jan. 20.
