On Oct. 22 from 12 until 2 p.m., we are hosting a Pie Athletics Fundraiser at the A&S Fountain to raise money for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. You can pay $3 to pie a student-athlete. The Graduate School is accepting applications for the fall 2024 cycle of the Graduate Research Travel Grants program. Georgia College & State University graduate students are encouraged to apply for the funding to support registration costs and travel expenses associated with the presentation of their own original scholarship at professional conferences. For more information and the application, please visit the Graduate Opportunities web page. Does your department need the assistance of student workers? There are several allocations available for Federal Work Study placements. This program is funded by the Department of Education, but students are paid every two weeks through Georgia College & State University the same as any other student assistants. Students make $9 an hour and can work up to 19 hours per week. If you are interested in requesting an allocation, please email Takeya.miller@gcsu.edu for more information.
