There was an error found in the University Senate Governance Calendar, which stated that Georgia College & State University would be closed Monday, Dec. 23, 2024. The calendar has been revised to align with the university Academic Calendar. Please keep in mind that the university will be open for business Dec. 23, 2024.

All Dining Services locations will be open for regular business hours on Tuesday, Nov. 26, and closed from Nov. 27 until Nov. 30. On Sunday, Dec. 1, the MAX will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m., and Pizza Hut will be open from 5 p.m. to midnight.  Have a wonderful Thanksgiving break! 

Our campus is making a difference in sustainability and records management. Thanks to your enthusiastic participation, our recent campus-wide shred event during Ethics Awareness Week was a massive success, resulting in a whopping 11,250 pounds of paper shredded—an incredible 47 bins worth!This achievement not only helps us securely dispose of outdated records but also contributes to a greener environment by supporting responsible recycling practices.
