FY2024 Year-end deadlines approaching

The fiscal year-end is approaching, which means we must accurately account for the institution's financials before closing out the fiscal year on June 30, 2024. This includes ensuring that any funding that can possibly lapse (go back to the State) is accounted for properly. Add/drop and no-show reporting deadlines extended

Due to the campus closure Tuesday, Jan. 9, the spring 2024 add/drop deadline has been extended to Tuesday, Jan. 16, at 5 p.m.  Students may add and drop courses online through myGCSU/PAWS if they do not have holds on their record.  Wait list notifications will also continue to be released through Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 16. Faculty no-show reporting will now be due on Tuesday, Jan. 16, at 5 p.m. Instructions for no-show reporting were emailed to faculty Jan. 8. If you have any questions...

Due to the campus closure Tuesday, Jan. 9, the spring 2024 add/drop deadline has been extended to Tuesday, Jan. 16, at 5 p.m. Students may add and drop courses online through myGCSU/PAWS if they do not have holds on their account.
