The Oconee River Greenway Foundation will host Greenway Day at the Oconee River Greenway, an event where the community can gather to promote Earth Day, as well as Greenway safety and functionality. There will be a community yard sale with vendors, food trucks, activities, music, a kid's zone, duck race and moonlight paddle to end the day. Greenway Day takes place on Saturday, May 2, from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Come out and enjoy Georgia College & State University's Jazz Jam Session Tuesday, April 28, 7-9 p.m. at Amici Café, downtown Milledgeville, presented by Jazz at GCSU. Hosted by our faculty and student jazz musicians, the GCSU Jam Session is open to all members of the community who are interested in working on their jazz and improvisation skills. Bring your instrument if you want to play or come just to enjoy the menu and the live music at Amici Café. We hope to see you there!

The program includes a guided tour of the Real Time Crime Center, where attendees will observe the systems and tools used to support public safety in real time.
