The Academic Advising Center would like to remind any Undergraduate Student planning to graduate in Fall ’21 to submit their Graduation Application (GradApp) by the deadline, Friday, April 23.  Please visit the Registrar’s Graduation & Commencement site to view the Graduation Application and process the Graduation Fee to secure an Order Number.  Once the Order Number is secured and GradApp completed, schedule an appointment to meet with your Academic Advisor to review your Graduation...

Here are some reminders: Check your course syllabus to confirm the date and time of the final exam. Students with exam conflicts or three scheduled exams on the same day may request substitute final times from his/her instructors. To do so, the student must contact his/her instructors at least 14 calendar days in advance of the exam day. Any exam given from Wednesday, May 5 – Friday, May 7 will be online. Good day Bobcats, As we have reached the midpoint of this semester, you are beginning to receive midterm feedback for your courses. Please note, the last day to drop a class with a W is Tuesday March 16th before 5PM. At Georgia College students are allowed 5 W's and they do not impact your GPA. Dropping a class after the deadline will result in a WF; which will be calculated into your GPA as an F. If you have an Advisor Hold, you will have to drop your course via a Course Change Card...
