To kick off Thunder’s Safari Adventure, Wildlife Critters: Circle of Life Petting Zoo will be at the Library Green Space from 12:00-2:00pm. On Oct. 3, CAB is giving students the opportunity to purchase a ticket worth $55 for only $15! There are a limited number available, and tickets will be first come, first serve. So, purchase them now at the Den or Student Activities Center. Your ticket can only be used the day of the event. Tickets include unlimited rides, a $5 food voucher and optional free transportation. The bus is scheduled to leave at 5 p.m. and return at 10 p.m. Keep an eye on our Instagram @gc_cab for more updates!

While most students spend their first weekend in college relaxing, around 1,600 Georgia College & State University first-year students spent their first Saturday morning improving the community they’re going to live in for the next four years. They worked at 37 sites in the Greater Milledgeville area, benefitting the community with approximately $120,000 worth of student-donated labor.
