During the August 11, 2020 meeting, the Board of Regents made revisions to the following policies: 6.7 - Sexual Misconduct and 4.6.5 - Standards for Institutional Student Conduct Investigation and Disciplinary Proceedings. These revisions were approved in response to changes in regulations released by the U.S. Department of Education.   The effective date of the policy revisions was August 11, 2020.  See attachments for more information.
