Print/mailed 2023 W-2s: If employees did not consent to receive their 2023 W-2 electronically by the Dec. 31, 2023 deadline, they will receive their W-2 by mail on or before Jan. 31, 2024.  Electronic 2023 W-2s are now available in OneUSG Connect. To view or download your W-2, follow these steps: Log into OneUSG Connect. Click the Payroll tile. Click the Taxes tile. Land on the View W-2/W-2c Forms page.
