2022 GALILEO Annual User Survey

The annual survey has been conducted since 1996 and is important both in raising awareness about GALILEO and in helping us know your concerns and ideas for the future. It will run Nov. 3 – 30. In the past year, your feedback has been critical in deciding how GALILEO would be redesigned!

Completed entries have the chance to win an Amazon gift card. A completed entry must be completely filled out. Many entries have been eliminated in the past because this was not done, though the respondent indicated they wanted to be in the drawing.
