In Honor of Georgia Speaker of the House David Ralston

Via executive order, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has ordered that the flags on all state buildings and grounds are lowered to half-staff in honor of and as a mark of respect for the memory of Georgia Speaker of the House David Ralston on Thursday, November 17 until sunset, the day of his internment.
