USG's Mental Health Training Opportunities for Employees and Students

USG's Mental Health Training Opportunities for Employees and Students

The University System of Georgia’s Mental Health Initiative is offering two mental health training opportunities, QPR Suicide Prevention and Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA). QPR and MHFA is online training designed to provide information on how to identify warning signs and assist individuals in crisis. These trainings are not designed as professional certifications, rather, they provide individuals with skills to encourage others to seek professional assistance.

As part of the USG and GC Mental Health Initiatives, all faculty, staff and students are highly encouraged to participate in these training opportunities. For registration and to learn more, visit USG’s Mental Health Trainings.
