New Students - Trouble Accessing GeorgiaVIEW/D2L?
If you are a new student at Georgia College and have access to Unify and email but are having trouble signing into GeorgiaVIEW/D2L, please submit a Serve Help Desk ticket to get assistance. Tickets can be created in one of the following ways:
- Use the “Submit Serve Ticket” icon on the Unify portal to submit a self-service ticket. This is also a great place to access our FAQs/Knowledge Base to search for resolution to common issues on your own.
- Send an email to serve@gcsu.edu, being sure to include as many details as possible. Please include contact information such as your phone number if they need to speak with you in person.
- Call Serve at 478-445-7378. Our hours of operation are listed on our website, https://www.gcsu.edu/technology/serve-help-desk.
