Information Technology – Open Labs to assist in transition from Webex to Microsoft Teams

As a reminder, our campus is phasing out the use of WebEx by 6/1/2023.  The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) and Information Technology (IT) encourage you to attend 1 of 4 upcoming open labs to help you learn how to effectively utilize the Teams platform and ensure any existing content you have in Webex (in the form of previously saved video conferences) has been downloaded so that you do not lose anything in the transition.  Each in-person session will be held on the following days and times:

Wednesday, 3/22/2023, 2 - 4 pm, Library, room 376

Thursday, 3/23/2023, 10 am – 12 pm, Kilpatrick, room 221 (NOTE ROOM CHANGE)

Mon, 4/10/2023, 9 - 11 am, Library, room 376

Tues, 4/11/2023, 2 - 4 pm, Library, room 376
