Water distribution sites open on Thursday

Georgia College & State University will distribute bottled drinking water to residents of on-campus housing beginning at 11 a.m., today in the Max Dining Hall. Housing residents will need to present their Bobcat Card to receive bottled water.

Students who reside in off-campus housing are asked to utilize a water distribution center setup by the City of Milledgeville at the Baldwin County Government Annex building, located at 1601 N. Columbia Street.

 

Drinking water distribution began at 9:00 a.m., this morning, April 27, 2023. PLEASE ENTER AND EXIT FROM COLUMBIA STREET. Water will be for residential use only and each household will receive one case containing 24 16.9 fl oz bottles.

Non-potable water (for flushing toilets and other non-consumption uses) will be available at the following locations listed below April 26, 2023, through 8 this evening and will resume Thursday morning, April 27, at 9. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN CONTAINERS TO FILL WITH THIS WATER.
