Deadline for Foundation and Alumni payment requests

As we near the end of the fiscal year, please keep in mind the following cut-off date for “Check Requests for Foundation or Alumni Funds.”

ALL payment requests must be received in our office by 12 p.m., Wednesday, June 21, for the check run scheduled on Friday, June 23.  In the event that you have any FINAL invoices past that date in June, we will process a final check run of Fiscal Year 2023 on Friday, June 30.

IMPORTANT:  In working towards recording all expenditures for Fiscal Year 2023 for the Foundation and/or Alumni, if you have NOT received an invoice and you did order, please provide me with the vendor name, amount and date of ordering.  We will do our “accounting due diligence” to ensure it is properly recorded in fiscal year 2023.  The recording of these expenses is necessary to show a true picture of fiscal year expenses for the auditors prior to their review in July, as it is critical in reporting the expenses in that period.
