Incentives, Compensation and Rewards for FY24

This message is intended for those who have either established or plan to implement an employee rewards program in Fiscal Year 2024 that includes monetary rewards: 

Each year the Office of Human Resources (HR) is required to review and approve employee reward programs that offer monetary rewards. The objective is to ensure that Georgia College & State University complies with the USG Incentive Compensation and Rewards Policy regarding the compensation of employees through rewards/reward programs. Further, HR is required to submit plans to the USG System Office on behalf of GCSU for final approval.  

In an effort to identify all rewards and/or programs that offer monetary rewards to employees, HR has created a submission form to gather details pertaining to the rewards. If this applies to your area, and you have not previously submitted the form, please complete the Incentive Compensation and Rewards Submission form. The submission deadline is Friday, June 16, 2023.
