Information Technology Rebranding – Ask IT and IT Help Desk
Information Technology is rebranding! We are working on the roll-out of a new ticketing system that we think will be more intuitive and user-friendly. Along with it, we are rebranding our services. Our Serve Help Desk is now the IT Help Desk. This name change brings a new logo, email address and website. The new email address is AskIT@gcsu.edu and the new website is https://AskIT.gcsu.edu. Please make note of this updated information on any resources where you currently reference the Serve Help Desk or the old contact information. You will see the rebranding starting today, and the new ticketing system will be live by the start of classes. We welcome your feedback as we work to improve our services!
