Benefits Fair: Monday, Oct. 9, 2023, plus Open Enrollment details

The Benefits Fair is just around the corner. We will host this in-person event Oct. 9, 2023, in the Magnolia Ballroom/Student Activities Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Many of our benefit and retirement vendors will be present and committed to speaking directly to you on this day. They will bring materials specific to their area of expertise, and they may even have some goodies for you to leave with, so please come prepared with your questions. As usual, we have partnered with our designated provider to offer flu shots this day for those who were able to schedule appointments (registration closed Monday, Sept. 25, 2023, after multiple Front Page announcements).

We know that some of you may be off campus for Fall Break Oct. 9, so please keep an eye out for additional information on Information Sessions hosted by Georgia College & State University Benefits, both virtual and in-person, throughout the month of October regarding changes and reminders to keep in mind as Open Enrollment approaches. All details will be shared via Front Page once they are available.

The USG Benefits website has been updated to include a section on Open Enrollment (Oct. 23 - Nov. 3, 2023) for plan year 2024, including the new Comparison Guide with details on premiums and vendor changes. We encourage you to check out the USG Benefits website on all things Open Enrollment for 2024!
