Updates to USG Well-Being and your Virgin Pulse membership

Beginning Oct. 1, 2023, points earned by employees and spouses enrolled in the USG Well-being program will no longer accumulate toward well-being credit. Virgin Pulse activities, resources and support will still be available, and continued participation is encouraged through Dec. 31, 2023.

Effective January 1, 2024, USG Well-being will no longer be supported by Virgin Pulse. You will have 30 days after this date to request any final assistance from the Virgin Pulse member support team and to obtain any data you require. After this 30-day period, your account will be deleted and all data removed.

In 2024, USG Well-being programming and activities will be provided through your USG healthcare provider (Anthem and Kaiser). See the attached document for more information.
