Outside Activities Approval Form Revamp

In conjunction with the rollout of Annual Compliance Training this year, the Approval Request for Outside Activities form has been updated. The purpose of this form is for employees to disclose any potential, actual, or apparent conflicts of interest before engaging in compensated outside activities that relate to their expertise or responsibilities as a USG employee. Such activities may include, but are not limited to consulting, teaching, speaking, offering services, etc. The new form is effective immediately.
