New calendar year, new benefit plan year, new insurance premiums

As we welcome 2024, that means we welcome a new benefit plan year and new insurance premiums. This is a reminder to please review your paystub this month to glance at your new premiums for awareness and to check for accuracy of the elections you made during Open Enrollment that took place last October-November. To access your paystub, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to OneUSG.
2. Click on the "Payroll" tile.
3. From the Payroll menu, click on the "Pay" tile.
4. You will see your most recent direct deposit at the top of the list. Click any text within the row and a new window will open with a detailed paystub you can review. Pay close attention to the Before-Tax and After-Tax sections toward the center of the page.

This paystub is full of your information, and you can access it at any time within OneUSG.

If you see a surcharge listed and believe this is an error based on your Open Enrollment selections, call the OneUSGConnect - Benefits Call Center at 1-844-587-4236. They will be able to discuss options surrounding the surcharge with you. If you saved a copy of your elections as confirmation, have that close by when you call.
