Georgia College & State University faculty, staff and students are invited to attend the presentation of the first candidate for the Associate Director of Special Collections and Galleries/University Archivist position. The presentation will be held in person Feb. 5 at 10:45 a.m. in the library room 302 (third floor). The candidate will speak for approximately 30 minutes on the topic below followed by a Q&A session: 

Revitalizing Special Collections: Nurturing a Forward-Facing Organizational Culture in an Academic Library 

As a candidate for the position of Associate Director of Special Collections and Galleries/University Archivist, we would like you to give a presentation that reflects your understanding of the critical role of creating a forward-facing organizational culture within a special collections department. Your presentation should outline a strategic approach to achieve this transformation, considering the unique challenges and opportunities at Georgia College & State University.
