Final sessions added - ePerformance: New for 2025 - information sessions on what to expect

Thanks to an excellent response to our information sessions for ePerformance throughout the month, we are announcing the final installments of our introduction to ePerformance Information Sessions. See below for details and be sure to register to attend. This is open to all staff and administrators, not just supervisors.

We are thrilled to announce the kickoff of our new Electronic Performance Management System (ePerformance) project. For the final phase of the OneUSG Careers module, we will be implementing ePerformance for staff and administrators. Paper evaluations will be a thing of the past.

Click the link below to register for an info session where you’ll get an overview of what staff and administrators will be evaluated on beginning in 2025 (for evaluation period of Feb. 1, 2024 - Jan. 31, 2025) on one of the following dates:

  • Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. - Pet Peterson Museum Room (In-person)
  • Friday, March 22, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. - Microsoft Teams (Virtual)
  • Monday, March 25, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. - Pat Peterson Museum Room (In-person)
  • Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. - Microsoft Teams (Virtual)
  • Friday, March 29, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. - Microsoft Teams (Virtual)

You must register to attend. If the max number of participants register for an in-person event, we will remove that date’s session from the registration link as an option. If you register for a virtual session, you will receive a Microsoft Teams invitation late in the day the business day before the session. Additional info sessions will be added as demand requires.

A great deal of information will be forthcoming for managers and employees regarding the evaluation process and how to navigate the new ePerformance module within OneUSG. We look forward to transitioning to this final phase of the OneUSG Careers module for the next evaluation cycle.

Click here to register for an information session regarding ePerformance. Remember that you must register to attend.

If employees are unable to fit any of these final sessions into their schedules, we will be sending out information about where they will be able to watch a recorded version of this brief presentation in the near future.
