Employee Incentive Compensation and Rewards Submissions for FY25

This message is intended for those who have either established or plan to implement an employee awards program that includes monetary rewards/awards in Fiscal Year 2025. 

Each year the Office of Human Resources is required to review and approve employee awards programs that offer monetary rewards for the upcoming fiscal year. The objective is to ensure that Georgia College & State University complies with the USG Incentive Compensation and Rewards Policy regarding the compensation of employees through awards programs. Further, HR is required to submit plans to the USG System Office on behalf of GCSU for final approval before implementation.

In an effort to identify all monetary awards to employees, please complete the Employee Incentive Compensation and Rewards Submission Form. The submission deadline is Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at noon.

If you have rewards that were approved through this process last fiscal year and there will be no changes for FY25, please reach out to hr@gcsu.edu with a list of each award and indicate "no changes". If you have awards that have changed since your last submission, fill out a form for each including full details and a summary of what has changed. The submission deadline is Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at noon.
