Deadline for Foundation and Alumni payment requests
As we near the end of the fiscal year, please keep in mind the following cut-off date for “Check Requests for Foundation or Alumni Funds.”
All payment requests must be received in our office by 12 p.m., Wednesday, June 26, for the check run scheduled Friday, June 28.
Important: In working toward recording all expenditures for Fiscal Year 2024 for the Foundation and/or alumni, if you have not received an invoice, and you did order, please provide me with the vendor name, amount and date of ordering. We will do our “accounting due diligence” to ensure it is properly recorded in fiscal year 2024. The recording of these expenses is necessary to show a true picture of fiscal year expenses for the auditors prior to their review in July, as it is critical in reporting the expenses in that period.
