Students learning about corporate sustainability and leadership in New Zealand

Fourteen students are meeting with industry leaders and nonprofit professionals, learning about corporate sustainability and leadership on the North Island of New Zealand. So far, students have met with representatives from the New Zealand Green Building Council, Air New Zealand, Wright Communications and the Sustainable Business Network.

Students have also enjoyed cultural activities such as a food tour of Auckland, the Sky Tower (the highest, free standing building in the southern hemisphere), Whangerie Falls (pictured), and the Waipoua Forest, where they were led by Maori guides and taught about Maori legends and the ancient Kaori trees.
