GCSU Jazz auditions

Hi musicians,

Georgia College & State University Jazz will be holding auditions for the GC Jazz Band and Combos on Tuesday, Aug. 20, at 7 p.m. in the McComb Building. The audition materials are attached. This is a "come all" audition, so no specific times are needed, just show up with your axe. Class times for the courses are as follows:

• Jazz Band—Tues./Thurs. 3:30-4:45 p.m.
• Jazz Combos—Tues. at 6 p.m. or Thurs. at 5 p.m., depending on the combo

We are also offering Jazz Improvisation on Tuesdays at 5 p.m. You don't need to audition for this class, just register for MUSC 1045-01.
