Announcement: Securing sensitive information changes Oct. 12 - Downtime Oct. 11 and 12
OneUSG Connect is scheduled for maintenance beginning 11:15 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, until noon, Saturday, Oct. 12, to implement the changes described below. During this time, OneUSG Connect, OneUSG Connect – Benefits, and OneUSG Connect – Careers may not be available. Time clocks will be available for use.
As a reminder, due to the growing threat of cyber-fraud targeting sensitive employee data, our OneUSG Connect team is increasing security to help keep your personal information safe.
Effective, Saturday, Oct. 12, OneUSG will be restricting access in how you update your personal information. You will still be able to view your information in a protected manner via the OneUSG Connect Employee Self-Service portal that you normally use, however, with these changes, you will not be able to update your information unless you are physically present on campus and using your institution’s network. This includes Direct Deposit, Personal Details, and W-2 Tax information.
If you are unable to be physically present on your campus, you will need to contact GCSU’S Human Resources or Payroll representative via phone for assistance depending on your needs:
